Firefox vs Google Chrome

We block trackers by default. Chrome doesn’t.

In fact, by default Chrome monitors which websites you visit and what you do so that it can identify “ad topics” to send you more-targeted ads. You can block three topics but you can’t make them stop identifying other ad topics for you. source

Chrome allows other websites to collect information about you so that they can suggest ads. You can block specific sites from suggesting ads, but you can’t stop the data collection or suggestions from other sites. source
